Like we said, offering a fun, fast and friendly service is our
number one goal. Always.
2. Brilliant value.
We want crafting to be something that everyone can enjoy. We offer
great value on all our items. We work hard to keep our costs as
low as possible in all areas of our business so that we can pass
on the savings to you.
3. Improvement.
We love to offer the best service and value that we can but we
don't stop there. We want to improve what we do, and how we do
it, as much as we can. Be that little tiny improvements or big
changes for the better! We are always looking to learn as a company
and as individuals. We love learning. We're learnaholics!!
4. Environment.
We try to use recycled materials and resources as much as possible
and recycle our waste. We use recycled papers and packaging whenever
we can. We get all our electricity from a green supplier. All
our own offcuts are re-used in some way. We endevour to increase
our green credentials as much as we can as we grow. But we accept
we're not perfect, yet!! We do import many of our craft shapes.
But, when we do, we buy in bulk to minimise the number of deliveries.
We minimise the packaging requirements by squeezing as many shapes
into as few boxes as possible! We garauntee, all our delivery
packaging is re-used for our own packaging. In addition to this
we have a long term goal to purchase machinery to cut ALL our
own craft shapes here in the UK. By doing this we will be able
to ensure that we have complete control over all aspects of the
process and minimise our envronmental impact. When you buy from
us a percentage of the revenue goes towards our goal creating
a sustainable resource of UK produced craft shapes.
5. UK production.
We are saving all our pennies in a big jar for the purchase of
equipment to produce a massive range of craft shapes here in the
UK using sustainable wood materials from managed forests. We plan
to offer, not only a massive range of fantastic value craft shapes,
all made here in the UK, but also a 'small run' personalised craft
shapes service. You provide us with the shapes and we will cut
them for you. You will no longer have to buy thousands of the
same shape to get what you want. This is a major part of our long
term strategy. We are a small family company but want to make
the investment when we can to offer this important service and
minimise imports and ensure sustainability.
