We work very hard to ensure that your orders are packed and posted out as quickly as possible. We pick and pack orders in the order that we receive them. We do not currently offer an express service. We use two postage methods, Royal Mail and UPS courier.
ROYAL MAIL
All our Royal Mail parcels are posted under the weight or 1KG are sent by 2nd Class, which takes 2-3 working days. The postage rate is calculated based on the exact weight of the parcel.
Parcels between 1KG and 2KG and sent by Royal Mail 1st class which takes 1-2 working days. Again the postage rate is based on the exact weight of the parcel.
UPS COURIER
Parcels above 2KG are sent by UPS Courier. This service takes 1-2 working days. The postal rate is calculated based on the parcel weight. This is a tracked service, however due to the umber of parcels sent out everyday we do not send out tracking information after purchase. In the reare event of a delay or issue we can use the tracking information to track the status of an order.
INTERNATIONAL MAIL
We can dispatch parcels to any location in the world. You can choose delivery locations through the website for the UK, Europe and the US. For any other location please email us with your order. We can then quote you postage based on the exact weight of your parcel. We use Royal Mail parcel delivery, UPS or other suitable courier dependant on the location to be delivered to. FOr deliveries within Europe please allow 4-10 working days, for the rest of the world please allow upto 15 working days for your delivery.
PACKAGING
Small flatter items are posted out in sturdy cardbaord envelopes, larger parcels in quality jiffy bags and the largest in cardboard boxes with recycled shredded packaging. This ensures that your items arrive with you safely but also reduces the size/weight dimensions to a minimum enabling cheaper postage charged to you and reduced packing used, helping the environment.
All our packing is 100% re-usuable and mostly recyclable. We also re-use packing that we receive from our suppliers, especially packing materials and boxes. We also shred all our junk mail and use it for packing.
POSTAL RATES GUIDE
Our postal rates are based on Royal Mail and UPS postal rates. All prices include VAT where applicable. We have split rates into bands as this provides the most accurate postal rate for your parcels weight. For large orders that may be over 10KG in weight please email us before ordering.

TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMESCALES
We keep things simple so that we can fulfil
your order as quickly as possible. We pack and ship parcels in the order they come in. All orders are printed off each day and we pick and pack them sequentially.
We aim to process orders within 1-3 working days, plus 1-3 days postage time.
When we are very busy, especially in September, October,
November and December, orders may take a little longer, anything from 3-10 working
days.
For 2nd class Royal Mail please allow 2-3 working days after dispatch, for 1st class allow 1-2 working days, for courier please allow 1-3 working days.
If a parcel has not arrived after 10 working days please feel free to chase it up with us. In most cases they do arrive, however we will post a replacement for any parcel that is considered lost.
If an item is out of stock it will be usually be displayed
as such in the shop area. Sometimes we will allow purchases
of out of stock items that are due back in stock within
a couple of days.
On occasion we may refund for an out of stock item and post the remainder of the order or substitute an out of stock item for a
similar item if we consider it suitable.
Where an item has been made to order please allow upto 14 working days.
Order processing times for larger orders may increase during busy periods and can be
7-10 working days.
